Position: REGISTERED NURSE - CRITICAL CARE

Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Location: Waycross-GA

Base Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 +Best-in-class benefits

Job Description:

*As the Nurse Director for the Critical Care Unit, you will be responsible for overall operation of the department to include all services.

*Your responsibilities may include: liaison with medical staff, development and revision of policies/procedures, and ensuring adherence to CCU/PCU/Telemetry/AIC/DHU nursing standards of care.

Skills and Certifications:

*Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is

*Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact

*A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced

*3+ years nursing experience & leadership experience REQUIRED

*Candidate must have experience in leading and managing an ICU Department in an acute care setting.
