Position Description

Title - Freestanding ER RN

Location - Panama City, FL, US, 32405

Sign on bonus: $10k Days / $15k Nights

Relocation Assistance - Case by Case

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Use clinical judgment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure patient safety and adhere to care protocols.
  • Maintain professional competencies and support continuous improvement.
  • Perform unit-specific tasks and float between units as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recent (Within the last year) Acute Care ER RN experience.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited institution required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Current FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held in another state, active FL RN compact license required within 90 days of hire. Advanced Nurse Practitioner license acceptable
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification required within 30 days
